Dolobaipu repeats as CL Offensive Player of the Week
HUNTINGTON, Ind. – For the second straight week, HU sophomore Sam Dolobaipu has garnered Crossroads League Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week accolades as announced by the national office earlier this afternoon.
Dolobaipu posted seven points in last week's wins over Goshen and #3 Bethel. The 6-3 forward played a role in all three goals against the Maple Leafs, scoring his team's second goal of the contest and assisting the other two.
Against the 3rd-ranked Pilots, Dolobaipu opened up the scoring with his tenth goal of the season and then handed out the dime on Joao Ratinho's game-winner in the 3-2 upset.
The Foresters (8-2-1, 2-0-0) return to King Stadium on Wednesday to host Saint Francis at 7:00 p.m.
