Huntington knocked out of CL tourney by Marian
HUNTINGTON, Ind. – The season came to a close Saturday afternoon for the 2nd-seeded HU men's tennis team after suffering a 4-1 loss to 3rd-seeded Marian at Klopfenstein Courts in the semifinals of the Crossroads League Tournament.
After the Knights picked up the point in doubles action Friday night, rain forced the match to be postponed until Saturday where the guests clinched a spot in the tourney finals by collecting three of the first four wins in singles play to immediately stop play.
Huntington wraps up the fall portion of their schedule with a 9-2 record.
