Kennedy Kintz steps into her role as graduate assistant for the Forester volleyball program this fall after competing in her senior season as a setter for HU. In her time as a student-athlete, she earned Dean’s List honors twice and landed on the HU Athletic Honor Roll.

Prior to her time at Huntington, Kintz began her collegiate playing career at Bethel University (Ind.). She brings with her five years of coaching experience, most notably as the head junior varsity coach at Blackhawk Christian School. During her three-season tenure with the Braves, she also assisted the varsity squad that won an IHSAA State Championship in 2022. Additionally, she has served as an assistant coach at Empowered Volleyball Academy, helping develop athletes at the club level.

Kintz graduated from Huntington in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in mental health counseling at HU.
